Alhassan Yusuf was in action again for Royal Antwerp, but The Reds lost their first game of the season and crashed out of the Europa Conference League on Thursday.

Antwerp were stunned at home by Istanbul Basaksehir 3-1 in the second-leg playoff match at the Bosuilstadion.
Marc van Bommel’s side held Basaksehir to a 1-1 draw in Turkey, but chased the game in the return leg.
The visitors were off the mark early with a Berkay Ozcan 8th minute opener to lead 2-1 on aggregate.
Antwerp responded after the interval with a leveler from the penalty spot, Michael Frey’s penalty was however a short lived celebration for the Belgians as former Italy international Stefano Okaka found the net two minutes later.
Danijel Aleksic then closed out the game for Basaksehir with a goal in the 83rd minute, an unassailable lead on aggregate (4-2) with the time left.
Eventually, the Reds succumbed and to only their first defeat this season in all competitions (W8, D1 and L1).
So for Yusuf and his teammates, they will now turn their attention to the domestic campaign in the Jupiler League and Belgian Cup.
The 22 year-old Nigerian Midfielder will look to bounce back to winning way later this weekend when Antwerp travel to face KAA Gent, who were also eliminated from the UECL.
