After completing his loan spell with CR Belouizdad, Anayo Emmanuel Iwuala has returned to his parent club, Esperance.

Last season, Iwuala transferred from Esperance to the Algerian Club on loan.

His period with Belouizdad can be considered a success, where he featured prominently in their campaign for a fourth straight Ligue 1 title.

The winger played thirty-three games and scored four times in the process.

Belouizdad have begun talks about a permanent transfer, but the negotiations with Esperance have yield little.

Iwuala signed a three-year contract to join the former African champions in 2021 from Enyimba.
