Barcelona are expected to make a loan offer to Paris Saint-Germain for Neymar, which will come with an obligation to buy the forward, according to sources.
The Brazilian has been linked with a return to the Nou Camp throughout the summer, but Sources understands no formal offer has been made by Barcelona.
