Fortune Bassey had a quite night in the UEFA Champions League clash against Inter Milan at the Stadio Guiseppe Meazza on Wednesday.

Bassey got a rare start on a UCL night for Viktoria Plzen, however the Forward didn’t make much of an impact.

Already eliminated from the tournament, Plzen were playing for pride against Inter Milan on the night.

The Italy side were however dominantly ruthless and showed no mercy to the visitors.

In the first half, Henrikh Mkhitaryan (35′) and Eden Dzeko (42′) fired Inter ahead, Dzeko then got his second in the 66th minute before substitute Romelu Lukaku sealed the emphatic win in the 87th with the fourth goal.

Meanwhile, Fortune was subbed off at the break ending his night early and he had managed one shot on target, 1 aerial duel and 9 touches.
