Brown Ideye was on target as Aris Thessaloniki forced PAOK Thessaloniki to a 2-2 draw in the Greek Super League on Sunday.
Ideye drew the first blood in the fourth minute with a beautiful execution, his second goal of the season having scored in Aris’ previous game against Panathinaikos.
PAOK Thessaloniki on the other hand featured former Arsenal striker Chuba Akpom, who was yellow-carded in the 30th minute of the four-goal thriller.
Ideye who is dreaming a return to the Super Eagles also picked up a 78th minute yellow card, but his overall performance was impressive from the blast of the whistle to the end.
The former West Bromwich Albion striker scored his team’s fourth goal last weekend in a 4-0 rout of Panathinaikos and will be happy to keep his goal scoring form
