Jordan Ayew ended his goal drought with Crystal Palace as he found his scoring boots again in the Premier League London derby against Arsenal on Monday at Selhurst Park.
Ayew had gone 10 games without a goal for Palace in all competitions but was on hand to help his side record an epic 3-0 win against UEFA Champions League chasing Arsenal.
The Ghana international netted what was the Eagles’ second in the night and his second League goal of the current campaign.
The attacker last scored in December of 2021 against Southampton in a 2-2 draw.
He has also been on a goal drought with the Black Stars, Ghana’s senior national team. His stretch runs back to March 2021 when he scored in the 3-1 win against Sao Tome and Principe.
