Kelechi Nwakali played just over an hour helping Huesca to a 2-0 win against Cartagena in LaLiga 2 at the Estadio El Alcoraz on Sunday.
Nwakali who has become an important player in Ignacio Ambriz’s side walked right in the starting XI.
But the 23 year-old is equally on a mission to redeem himself and prove he deserves the chance as Huesca pushes for promotion.
That push was given a boost, albeit still early days, as a Julian Delmas own-goal (53′) and Jaime Seoane (73′) clincher, secured maximum points.
The win makes it two from two for Huesca and a spot at the summit of the league after two rounds of matches.
