PAOK Thessaloniki new boy Anderson Esiti is relishing the prospect of returning to the Eagles.
Esiti was capped two times by former coach Sunday Oliseh, but has not featured for the Eagles since 2016.
The Former Genk midfielder, who made 30 appearances for the Belgian club last season, said, “It is the dream of every footballer to represent his father land, I had the opportunity before now and I contributed my best.
“Returning to the Super Eagles will be a dream come true, but it’s all on the coach to decide who he calls to the team, but I hope I can do exceptionally well with my new team, so that I can also be considered.”
It would be recalled that Eagles captain John Obi Mikel announced his international retirement after the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
His retirement could pave way for Esiti if he gets things right with the reigning Greek Champions.
