The Teranga Lions of Senegal will today lock horns with the Desert Foxes of Algeria in the 32nd edition of the Africa Cup of Nations AFCON final at Cairo International Stadium, Egypt.
Senegal will be making their second appearance in the AFCON final, and will hope for a first ever AfCON triumph.
Senegal will bank on key men Sadio Mane and Idrissa Gueye for success when they file out later tonight.
The Desert foxes of Algeria are in their third AFCON finals, they won their only title in 1990 and will also hope that the tricks and skills of Riyhad Mahrez and Adam Ounas will bd enough to put Senegal to the sword.
This will be the 20th meeting between the two countries, the Desert foxes have recorded 10 victories, while the Teranga Lions have won four times and five games ended in a draw.
