Ola Aina was a substitute off the bench for Torino in the pre-season friendly against Turkish Champions, Trabzonspor at the weekend.
Torino were up 2-0 by half time courtesy a brace from Nemanja Radonjic (20′, 22′) and the victory was sealed by Demba Seck’s 55th minute strike.
A decent performance for the Turin, who’d be hoping for big things to happen in the coming campaign and Ola Aina will fancy his chances of making an impact or head for the exit.
The Nigerian came off the bench in the 74th minute and for his third game in as many pre-season friendlies for Ivan Juric’s side.
Aina replaced Swiss international Ricardo Rodriguez for the final 17 minutes of the encounter at the Sportplatz Langau.
Il Toro still have two pre-season games lined up before the Serie A kicks off in August.
On Wednesday, they’ll face Cypriot side Apollon before a scheduled test game against Ligue 1 club side OGC Nice.
