Ahmed Musa starts his 100th game for Nigeria and it comes in a game where the Super Eagles need to redeem.
Musa captains Nigeria with the team looking for another win in the group, the players have discussed the importance of ensuring they get a good result out of it.
“The pitch is very good and I don’t think we have any excuse ahead of the game. Everybody is very happy and just waiting for the game and by the grace of God after the 90 minutes we will be celebrating.
“We have talked a lot and we will talk again before the game because we all know the importance of the game and we don’t have to joke with it.”
“For me the most important thing is to pick the three points and after winning it’ll be interesting to earn the 100 caps; if the Coach decides to play me.”
