Nigeria will clash with Sierra Leone on June 18, for the fifth round of the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers set to be hosted by Ivory Coast.

The Super Eagles will open camp in Lagos on June 11 at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena before traveling to the Samuel Kayon Doe Stadium, Liberia where the game will be played.

The Mobolaji Johnson Arena currently plays host to the NPFL Super 6, and the last fixture of the Championship will be played on June 11.

Sierra Leone need a win against Nigeria if they are to keep their hopes of qualifying for the AFCON alive, while victory for Nigeria will guarantee them a spot in the AFCON tournament next year.

Coach Jose Peseiro is already in Lagos and has followed the Super 6 games religiously, although it remains to be seen if one or two players have caught the interest of the Gaffer ahead of the qualifiers.
