Abdulrazak’s Anderlecht gets West Ham in UECL Group stage draw


Ishaq Abdulrazak will celebrate his teams progress to the Europa Conference League group stage following Thursday’s victory against Young Boys.

Abdulrazak was an extra time substitute as Anderlecht saw the tie decided on penalties at Lotto Park.
The host saw their first leg 1-0 advantage cancelled out in the 26th minute by Meschak Elia.
No further goals was scored in regular time or the 30 minutes of extra-time on the night, forcing the contest into penalties.
Anderlecht did go on to win 3-1 in the shoot outs and will go on to face West Ham, FCSB and Silkeborg in the group stages.
Meanwhile West Ham booked their place with an emphatic 6-1 aggregate victory over Viborg.
The first leg in London ended 3-1, where Viborg were without their Nigerian Attacker Ibrahim Said over visa clearance issues.
Said was in action on Thursday night, but did not have such a big impact on the game.
Draw of the Europa Conference League was held, Friday, in Istanbul.
