The Arsenal midfielder took to his Instagram page to express his heartfelt gratitude to Arsenal fans after it was confirmed he has played his last match for the Gunners.
Ramsey picked up a hamstring injury against Napoli in their Europa League match and hoped to recover before the end of the season, however the Arsenal Boss confirmed on Wednesday that he wouldn’t be appearing for the team again.
The Welsh star took to social media to express his heartfelt gratitude in a message to Arsenal fans, thanking them for their support on his journey.
“I was a spotty young kid coming in and I’m leaving a man, married, father of three boys and full of pride and good memories that I will treasure” said Ramsey.
“It will be emotional this weekend – my last game at home. I Look forward to seeing you there and thank you all again from the bottom of my heart for everything.”
Ramsey, Arsenal’s longest serving player, will join Italian champions Juventus as a free agent when his contract expires on 30 June.
