Gernot Rohr has declared that midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is at maximum fitness level ahead of Saturday’s World Cup qualifier against Liberia.

Ndidi was ruled out of the last international window due to a hamstring issue he picked up during club duties and was out for five weeks.
He missed the doubled header against Central Africa Republic and was not in the squad for back to back matches for Leicester.
However, Ndidi recovered in time to get game time before the international window. He featured off the bench in the Europa League against Spartak Moscow and played the entire duration of the PL match against Leeds United.
The 24 year-old himself has declared his fitness and readiness to play Saturday’s game.
“It is amazing, seeing the players and getting that feeling back is really amazing. I’m very happy to be back with the team and we look forward to what we want to achieve in the future.”
